Los Angeles (by-way-of Seattle) DJ and producer Righteous Trash is proud to announce the release of his first official mixtape "Crumpled Paper Vol. 1".... as official as any online and freely distributed mixtape can be!

The mix focuses on sampling from the variety of styles Righteous Trash has covered over the last 10 years performing as a club dj: dirty-electro, electro-house, b-more, disco, afro-funk, dancehall, dubstep, booty-bass, baile funk, hip-hop, global beat, punk, 80's classics & more.

His DJ "resume" of sorts include CMJ and SXSW showcase appearances as well as US tour dates with James Pants and Orgone. He's shared stages alongside The Rapture, Hot Chip, The Presets, New Young Pony Club, Tommie Sunshine, Franki Chan, The Sounds, Ninjasonik, & more in cities ranging from Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Austin, San Francisco, and New York.

His production credits include an Astralwerks Records' released remix for LA-based West Indian Girl's "What Are You Afraid Of?" single as well as a forthcoming series of Soul Jazz Records re-edits.
