Luke Paquin is the guitarist for Hot Hot Heat, an indie rock band from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Paquin joined Hot Hot Heat in 2005 as they band opened shows for Weezer and Foo Fighters on the "Foozer Tour". The follow up to the band’s 2005 album Elevator, Happiness Ltd., was released in September, 2007. Hot Hot Heat toured in 2007 with Snow Patrol as their opening act on the U.S. leg of their summer tour. Their headlining tour of Germany, Canada and the U.S. started in September, 2007. They are currently on tour, opening for Bloc Party, and plan on releasing a new album, Future Breeds, in early 2010. Paquin has also recently performed gigs as a DJ. |
