Alternative hiphop artist Johnny Polygon hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma and currently splits his residency between LA & NYC. With releases out with Nas, KiD CuDi, Dead Prez & Green Lantern, it's no wonder the press agrees that Johnny is making a strong break into the scene. While working his first mixtape, Rebel Without Applause, the video for his single, "The Riot Song" premiered on MTV2 and was put into rotation on MTVU,VH1 Soul, and BET Centric, as well as being featured in the hit HBO television series How to Make it in America. In Nov 2010, the Catch-Up mixtape was released in partnership apparel brand, Orisue. It touts a decade of his signature song writing style dating back to age 17. It also features notable collabs with Nas, Adele, Kid Cudi. The Catch-Up mixtape precedes Johnny's follow up FreEP, Wolf In Cheap Clothing sponsored by 2DopeBoyz & DJBooth & released Dec 2010. Up next, a new album entitled Pussy Gun is slated for a Jan 2012 release.
