Alchemist is one of hip-hop’s leading DJs and producers. He hails from Beverly Hills, California. After rising to prominence in the late 90s as a close associate of Dilated Peoples and Mobb Deep, he went on to produce many of hip-hop’s leading artists such as Fat Joe, Nas, Jadakiss, Ghostface Killah, Snoop Dogg, Linkin Park, and Morcheeba. In 2005, he was signed on as the official tour DJ for Eminem on the Anger Management 3 Tour. He has released two solo albums- 2004’s 1st Infantry and 2006’s No Days Off.
